The redevelopment of The Pony and Trap is delivered in three carefully considered phases that combine heritage refurbishment with contemporary expansion. The project includes the sensitive restoration of the existing listed building, a new build extension designed as a contemporary event space for weddings and commercial functions, and the construction of seven below ground luxury cabins set within a newly formed basement structure. The scheme is completed with high specification MEP services and extensive landscaping that frames panoramic countryside views across the southwest of England.
