Oliver became a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2007, and possesses 25 years experience working within the construction industry.

He has developed a wide range of experience through his management of numerous retail, hospitality, residential, industrial and commercial schemes, delivering projects throughout all regions of the UK, primarily in Central London. Oliver began his career at Fitzsimon & Co as an Assistant Surveyor and worked extensively on fast-track fit-outs for a number of high street retailers, ultimately reaching Associate level.

Following a company-wide acquisition, Oliver was appointed as Project Director at Cumming Group, where he delivered multiple high-end residential projects as well as several exclusive restaurant refurbishments. Oliver recognises the importance of clearly understanding a Client’s brief, including their motivation for a project, ensuring that this is accurately reflected in the proposed cost management and procurement strategies.
